Senior project leadership for a mixed greenfield/brownfield 35,000 BBL/d NGL gas plant expansion valued at approximately $220M. Scope included fractionation, condensate stabilization, amine/acid gas removal, storage, truck loading, and major power substation additions. The project doubled plant production capacity and was completed on schedule and under budget, with performance exceeding original design parameters.
On-Site Engineering Support — Multi-Plant Gas Operations
Provided dedicated on-site engineering and project coordination support for sour gas processing facilities and related infrastructure. Responsibilities included heat exchanger upgrades, piping modifications, plant system troubleshooting, and integration between operations, engineering, procurement, and construction teams. Refinery Retrofit — Schedule-Driven Turnaround Execution
Oversaw engineering, procurement, and construction support for a major refinery retrofit involving high-pressure heat exchanger replacement and metallurgy upgrades. Work was engineered and staged to meet an eight-week turnaround window, with preassembled platforms and international procurement coordination to ensure successful installation within the shutdown period.
